Tales of an Oyster Girl

Three days ago I met a man. I was on my boat as usual, cleaning, and getting ready for another day at sea. The man was looking for the "Oyster Girl". That's me. I sell oysters. Hum... Deep green eyes, charming look in a deep blue jeans. "Do you want some oysters Mr.?" "D, call me D. And I want only one oyster please." One oyster... How can I choose only one from a pile of thousands? "What kind of oysters do you prefer? Big ones? Small ones? Round? Pointy? Rough shells?" He looked at me in a way... Like he wasn't understanding what I was saying. "Mr. D, I have thousands of oysters, how can I choose yours? Or do you prefer to choose yourself?" And Mr. D sighed: "Just close your eyes and pick one. Your an Oyster Girl. You will know."
I grabbed two oysters. One for me, and one for Mr. D. Mine was small, pointy, inside a perfect meaty oyster, and D's was big, round and rough. We smiled. "Miss, thank you. See you tomorrow." And he turned away tossing some coins at me. Rude! But somehow... I liked.
Today my mysterious Mr. D wanted three oysters.
